ROY Keane took to social media to reveal a rare peak into the Manchester United legend’s family life.
The Irish football legend was all smiles as he visited his fourth child Leah, poking fun at his grumpy dad persona.

Posting to Instagram, he wrote: ‘No.4 thinks because she lives 180 miles away that I won’t pop in for a cup of tea. Always watching.”
Fans were quick to flock to the comments, with many teasing the sportsman for letting his stoney mask slip briefly.
One catchphrase-laiden commenter joked: “Get your feet off the couch. Show some respect. Wouldn’t have happened in my day.”
Another said: “Imagine meeting a nice girl. Them saying the parents want to meet you. You knock on the door and Roy Keane answers.
“The f***ing panic you’d feel for about 15 minutes would be monumental.”
Roy has been married for to Theresa Doyle for 27 years and they share five children together – Shannon, Caragh, Aidan, Leah and Alanna.
The dour-faced pundit is known for having a softer side that he has slowly become more comfortable with sharing to the world.
The medium through which he’s done this is of course his surprisingly wholesome Instagram account.
Having first joined in February 2021 he had gone off the platform about a year later.
But he delighted fans by getting back on the bandwagon in January of this year.
He’s only posted thrice since then but each showcased his warmer side away from football which clearly brings out his angriest tendencies.
For starters he confirmed Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s testimony that he had flown and then driven EIGHT hours across Norway to visit and cheer him up after getting the sack from Man United.
The other post was a tear-jerker as he informed followers that his dog Jet had passed away.
Funnily enough, one loved one who is yet to truly feature on his Instagram is his other half Theresa.
Just about all we know about them is that they got married in 1997 in a private wedding held at the Church of Our Lady in his hometown of Mayfield.
However, he did provide a morsel of info on their courting days in an appearance on Tommy Tiernan’s RTE talk show in January 2023.
