Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael: all three play important roles in the Bible. Michael defends divine interests, Gabriel announces the Incarnation to Mary and Raphael guides and helps Tobias. Although angels are venerated in the Church, they should not be idolized or treated as amulets, since they are messengers and protectors in the service of God.
Alaric of Ufnau: He entered the Benedictine abbey of Einsiedeln, Switzerland, at a very young age, after having lived as a hermit. He died on the island of Ufnau, where he dedicated himself to prayer and contemplation of nature, always maintaining his faith in God.
Luis Monza: was an Italian priest who, after passing various tests, founded the secular institute of the Little Apostles of Charity, dedicated to assisting disabled people. His life was an example of pastoral zeal, charity and dedication to those most in need, until his death in 1954.
