Another cyclist died during an accident
Cases of cyclists dying during accidents are increasing in Lombardy. Last November 5th in Brusaporto, in the province of Bergamo, Giuditta Carminati died instantly after ending up on the windshield of the car and then being thrown over 15 metres. According to the dynamics of what happened, the woman was crossing an intersection when she was hit by a van which she was unable to brake in time. The violent impact threw her several meters before falling onto the asphalt: unfortunately the woman died shortly after. Unfortunately, the man driving was blinded by the sun and did not see the woman cross the road in time.
