Swedish entertainment concept O’Learys is opening its first branch in the Netherlands. The international chain is coming to the upcoming Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam, property owner Unibail-Rodamco reports.
O’Learys will have three thousand square meters at its disposal. This will make it the largest sports bar in the Netherlands, writes The Telegraph. In addition to food and drink, visitors to O’Learys locations can enjoy bowling, mini golf, pool and darts, among other things. There are also meeting rooms and dozens of screens showing sports events.
The entertainment concept was created by the Swede Jonas Reinholdsson, who opened the first branch in Gothenburg thirty years ago. The company now has 130 branches worldwide, including in China and the Emirates. This year, at least twelve openings are planned, including in Russia, Spain and Turkey.
Unibail-Rodamco started construction of the Mall of the Netherlands last fall. The new Leidsenhage, which will house 280 stores, is scheduled to open late next year.
