Emergency services were activated when an armed attack was reported against a man who was walking on the Green Line in the east of the city of Aguascalientes.
Initially, it was reported that the person was unconscious, lying on one of the planters in this park.
Upon arrival, the units confirmed that the person no longer had vital signs, so they cordoned off the area so that forensic services personnel from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Aguascalientes could arrive and take charge of removing the body, which belongs to a man of approximately 35 years of age.
According to initial investigations, two men riding a motorcycle shot the man, so a security operation was set up in the area to try to find those responsible, but so far no person or vehicle has been arrested.
This attack caused alarm among the inhabitants, especially because it was around 11:30 a.m. and the area where the attack took place has a significant flow of people, since there are markets and schools nearby and it is a highly populated area.
