Disability Pension
Requirements:

- Have at least 250 weeks of contributions.
- Being declared invalid by the IMSS through a medical opinion.
Permanent Disability Pension
Requirements:
- Having suffered an accident or illness at work that causes partial or total permanent disability.
- The disability must be recognized by the IMSS through a medical opinion.
- There is no minimum requirement for weeks of contributions for this pension.
