The former president of Bolivia, Evo Moralesasked his followers to consider making a pause in lockdowns of roads which they have been doing for 19 days and announced that they will make a hunger strike so that there is a dialogue with the government of Luis Arce with international mediation.
In a statement released by his social networksthe leader of the ruling party also said that he decided to “ask the mobilized comrades” to consider “analyzing an intermediate quarter of the road block“to avoid”facts of blood“, for the military and police operation that is being carried out today to unlock roads in the center of the country.
“and I have decidedto make dialogue viable, (that) I am going to start a hunger strike until the Government install two dialog tablesfirst for the economic issue and second for the political issue,” he said.
