The Superior Audit of the Federation (ASF) identified alleged property damage to the Federal public treasury for 6 thousand 30 million pesos and accounts to be clarified for 2,178 million pesos, which add up to a total of irregularities for 8 thousand 208 million pesosderived from the second package of audits of the public account 2023.
​Of the more than 8 billion pesos of public spending irregular, 5,735 million, that is, 70 percent, correspond to federalized spending, that is, public resources exercised by state and municipal governments.
Most of the resources with irregularities they concentrate on 26 states of the country, which total 5,207 million pesos, of which 60 percent are considered alleged property damagewhile the remaining 40 percent still have the possibility of being rinse.
Besides, 18 municipalities add up to alleged property damage more than 80 million pesos.

The government of Baja California Sur is the one that heads the list of states with the largest outstanding accounts, adding one thousand 421 million 186 million pesosof which, 1,377 million pesos were indicated by the ASF as resources with the possibility of being clarified, while 43,283,000 more pesos are considered by the supervisory body as alleged property damage.
The government of Durango accumulated irregularities during 2023 for 846 million pesos, of which 518.4 million were requested to be clarified and 327.8 million more was considered possible property damage.
Meanwhile, Jalisco It is the third entity with the most observations, adding 750.4 million pesos of irregularities considered alleged property damage.
