Authorities do not know when the case occurred
The director of the institute, Rodrigo Alcázar Urrutiareported that They will take action against the driveralthough it is still not known how the case occurred.
“So far, we only have the information from the video that is on social networks, we are not sure when the action happened, even so, the fact is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated and put someone’s life at risk,” he said.
