““Gerardo won at the polls and he also won in the courts, in all instances,” Governor Rocha pointed out during his message at this swearing-in ceremony that took place in the Figlos Hall, where the solemn session of the Ahome Town Council was set up for this purpose.

As an example of this, he referred to important works that will not stop, such as the second stage of the modernization of the boulevard Adolfo López Mateos, which is the northern entrance to the city of The Mochiswhere 40 million pesos, already guaranteed, will be invested.
Governor Rocha recalled that since the beginning of his administration, which coincided with the first term as mayor of Vargas Landeros, they worked in a coordinated manner to resolve the historical problems of The Mochis, such as the collapse of the sanitary and storm drainage networks, which generated floods every time it rained.
