The Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) confirmed sentences against the governor of Nuevo León, Samuel Garcíain which the Regional Chamber determined that it violates the principles of impartiality, neutrality and equity; as well as the improper use of public resources in favor of the Citizen Movement candidacies for the Senate and the Presidency.

The TEPJF ruling declared the existence of improper use of public resources, and non-compliance with precautionary measures.yes ordered in the agreement ACQyD-INE-126/2024, attributed to Samuel Alejandro García Sepúlveda and “the existence of an undue electoral benefit attributed to Jorge Álvarez Máynez and Movimiento Ciudadano.”
