JNS is one of the most recognized women’s groups in Mexico, who have managed to stay current and have even recently released the song “Europe”.

Regina Murguía from JNS suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder

Recently the JNS group was present in an interview with Yordi, where he revealed that he was diagnosed with a mental disorder.

“I was diagnosed with boderline and borderline, those little things that affect them, they didn’t stop and that’s it. I spend three days in total whipping, I’m the worst, I can’t, I’m no longer useful (…) I’m working and it’s a reflection of what happens with me inside and when it happens in a show that doesn’t happen what I had expectations, I defeat myself very strong.”

The singer states that took pills to control the symptoms, although he points out that what has helped him is psychological therapy.

“I feel very emotionally charged, depressed. Now it’s much less because I’m aware of it, nothing happens. I took a while (pills), I didn’t feel well because I also like tequilita and mixing those things with alcohol is not cool (…), I think that, with pure psychological therapy, talking about it, understanding it and identifying it has helped me a lot, but yes I am still very apprehensive. “I’m light, but apparently, it’s like my defense.”

Likewise, it ensures thatand the disorder caused him many problems because normal situations became complicated, and although he assures that it is very difficult, because your mind takes you to catastrophic places, talking to his psychologist helps him a lot.

“It’s Borderline Personality Disorder, that is, a normal situation that can affect someone, they assimilate it and let go, I take it to the limit, it’s a lot of intensity and the mind begins to generate these catastrophic scenarios and it starts a anxiety attack. Maybe with the pills I managed to improve it, but with therapy, talking about it with my psychologist and having her ground me has helped me, but it is strong, it is exhausting.”
