The National Weather Service (SMN) reported that weather conditions will be influenced by “anticyclonic circulations at medium levels of the atmosphere.”
Isolated showers and rains are expected in these states
Light precipitation is expected in the following entities:
- Heavy occasional rains (25 to 50 mm): Chiapas, Tabasco and Veracruz.
- Shower intervals (5 to 25 mm): Campeche, Colima, Durango, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Oaxaca and Sinaloa.
- Isolated rains (0.1 to 5 mm): Baja California Sur, Puebla, Quintana Roo, San Luis PotosÃ, Sonora, Tamaulipas and Yucatán.
How will the temperature be?
During the morning we wait cold weather in some areas of the country“due to the effect of nocturnal irradiation due to clear skies”, as well as very hot weather in areas of the Baja California peninsula, Sonora and Sinaloa.

- Maximum temperatures of 40 to 45 °C: Baja California, Sinaloa and Sonora.

- Maximum temperatures of 30 to 35 °C: Campeche, Chihuahua, Colima, western Durango, Coahuila, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nuevo León, Quintana Roo, San Luis PotosÃ, Tamaulipas, northern Veracruz and Yucatán.
- Minimum temperatures of -5 to 0 °C for early Saturday morning: mountainous areas of Chihuahua, Durango, Hidalgo, State of Mexico, Puebla, Tlaxcala and Veracruz.
- Minimum temperatures of 0 to 5 °C for early Saturday morning: mountainous areas of Aguascalientes, Chiapas, Mexico City, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Nuevo León, Oaxaca, Querétaro, San Luis Potosà and Zacatecas.
Winds of up to 80 kilometers per hour are predicted
- Wind from the north with gusts of 60 to 80 km/h: isthmus and gulf of Tehuantepec (Oaxaca and Chiapas).
- Wind with gusts of 40 to 60 km/h and possible dust devils: Baja California, Chihuahua, Durango, Coahuila, Nuevo León, San Luis PotosÃ, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Puebla and Tlaxcala.
