This week, Poncho de Nigris reported that his program was going off the air through a message on X, which he later deleted.
In said text, he wrote: “I have just been informed that this season of Defeat the Stars ends this Thursday. Due to so much success we went off the air again. Hahaha this season was shorter than the last one because of the content. Marisol, Julio Camejo and Ale Muller, excellent work.”
Later, in response to a comment from a fan who told him that she did like the program, De Nigris said: “I know, thank you. Facundo reacts to the cancellation of the Poncho de Nigris program
After Poncho announced the cancellation of his program, the reporters met Facundo and asked him about it, to which he replied: “Do you know who else is doing well? The one from Me caigo de Risa. That one and Which is the good one? These are the programs that are raffling off on Channel 5.”
“It’s not that I’m happy that other programs are doing poorly, I like that things are going well for us, it shows that it’s difficult to reach the band,” added Facundo.
