For his part, Noel López, epidemiologist of the Health Jurisdiction Number 10, explained that 99 percent of the current cases correspond to serotype 3, being one of those that puts the population at greatest risk. citizenshipmainly to those who have already suffered from dengue before, since he said that in case of getting sick again, symptoms will be older.

He said that dengue has been present for many years in the municipality, However, people have become immune to serotype 1 and 2, so serotype 3 developed, being one of the most serious in the human body.

The State level vector representative, Juana Durán Luz pointed out that the mosquito has an incubation period of one week from when it is an egg to when it is an adult, so it is important to eliminate stored water residues.
