This morning, a pipe type tractor with double semi trailer overturned and spilled part of the fuel it was carrying on the highway 150-D Veracruz-Puebla.
On the curve of Walnutsthe second trailer overturned and part of the fuel fell onto the road.
The road was closed to traffic while the unit’s removal maneuvers and cleaning work were carried out to avoid a major accident for spilled product.
The fuel reached streets surrounding the Nogales lagoon and Fue contained with sand which they also placed in one of the traffic lanes of the toll road.
There is only passage through the high lane towards Veracruzwhile the work is concluded to prevent any major incident.
The operator of the loading unit was uninjured.
The accident generated the mobilization of different aid groups and the National guard.
