The Security, Energy and Environment Agency (ASEA) reported that it is investigating possible fuel contamination in the drainage of the Centro neighborhood, in the municipality of CuauhtémocColima, allegedly caused by a gas station.
“The ASEA made the information request via supervision to the regulated, dated October 17, 2024, through which characterization study of the service station, the reason for the event at hand.”
According to the agency, the authorities of Civil defense They determined the suspension from the gas station which is located at the intersection of Basilio Vadillo and Melchor Ocampo streets in the Centro neighborhood, and they also determined expand the evacuation perimeter and research.
