Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Jet Contractors (CSE:), which rose 9.31% or 108.00 points to trade at 1,268.00 at the close. Meanwhile, IB Maroc Com SA (CSE:) added 8.29% or 2.90 points to end at 37.90 and Involys (CSE:) was up 4.37% or 4.20 points to 100.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ste de Travaux de Realisation d’Ouvrages et de Constuction Industielle SA (CSE:), which fell 4.79% or 2.49 points to trade at 49.50 at the close. Atlanta (CSE:) declined 4.32% or 6.00 points to end at 133.00 and SMI (CSE:) was down 4.20% or 92.00 points to 2,100.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 29 to 18 and 5 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 2.48% or 1.75 to $68.92 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 2.30% or 1.71 to hit $72.74 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.96% or 26.10 to trade at $2,733.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was up 0.08% to 10.74, while USD/MAD fell 0.06% to 9.90.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.27% at 103.37.
