Juan Carlos Sánchez Palacios, a 34-year-old lawyer, died Saturday, September 21 during a confrontation in the Clamont departments, Located in the Parque Alameda neighborhood, Tres Ríos sector, in Culiacán.
According to his family and friends, Juan Carlos was a collateral victim when federal authorities tried to capture an alleged generator of violence in the area.
