His wife of more than 30 years, Silvia Gómez-Cuétara, has said goodbye to her ex-husband surrounded by numerous friends. The couple separated in 1999 and had four children, Jaime, Ramón, Silvia and Victoria. After her divorce, she remarried real estate developer Luis García-Cereceda, who died at the age of 72. It was then that she rebuilt her life with the Mexican businessman, Juan Antonio Pérez Simón, with whom she broke up last summer.
