“This increase in the adoption of generative AI spans all sectors, for example in retail. Implementation in this economic sector increased 40 percent, more than double the 17 percent in 2023,” he noted.

“In our total survey sample of 1,100 organizations, only 6 percent have not yet begun exploring. Of those that have at least started doing so, nearly a quarter, 24 percent, are now integrating this technology into some or most of their locations or functions,” he added.
