In an interview for TUDN, the youth squad Monarchs Morelia announced that he was leaving the courts professionally. “It is very important to honor football, everything it has given me“.

Although he did not play in a major World Cup with the national team, Aldrete is satisfied with his career in El Tri, since he took advantage of every opportunity he had.
“I was always one of the players who, when they called me up, made me happy, It doesn’t matter if it was a friendly against Guatemala, Copa América or Copa Gold. Wearing the Tri shirt is a matter of pride very important,” he commented to said medium.

Adrián Aldrete debuted in 2006 with Golden. He spent six months on loan with the Sinaloa club, during which time he shared the field with Pep Guardiola.
