So same but so different

Angela and Olivia Molina are united by the enormous love they profess for each other, and by the passion they feel for the world of acting. ” I love spending time with my mother“, Olivia has always highlighted, an idea that Angela also shares when she told HELLO! “The more time passes, the more I enjoy the experiences she shares with my children“.

There are many similarities between Olivia and Angela, although there are also quite a few differences. “We are absolutely different, being equal. That is the mystery of life,” revealed the martriarch of the clan. Regarding her daughter, she highlighted that she is a woman who pursues her dreams, knows very well what she wants and is happy doing what she loves, acting, something in which they are similar, but they also have very different personalities. “I am his mother and his friend, it is a very sincere relationship, of absolute trust,” he highlighted.

A vocation that emerged at the same age

Olivia discovered his passion for acting in the last years of school when he studied at the French Lyceum. Her mother went to see her at a performance at the theater where she was the protagonist and thought: “My God, she’s theater fodder,” so when she told her, she already knew. Ángela was practically the same age when she stood in front of a camera, she said in an interview in The Vanguard. “I was 17 years old, I was studying COU, and it was a spring day in a small town in La Mancha. The first thing I had to do was drink water from a fountain. Then they said “action” and immediately a magic was created. I saw the water that I had to drink it and I noticed its flavor and its purity and it filled me with a radiant happiness. Then I thought: “If the viewer is going to see and feel the same as me at this moment, I am going to dedicate my entire life to this. life.” That’s how it all began.

It is not the first time that Ángela and Olivia work together on a series, they already did it in The fencewhere they also gave life to a mother and a daughter. An experience that they remember with great affection. “Working with my mother was very rich. I love watching her do, work and be… I appreciate it more and more. It’s very nice to see how keep your enthusiasm intact and she delivers in every story she tells,” Olivia recalls. So much so that they have once again tried their luck in a series like Return to the Sabinesfilmed in different locations in Barcelona and entirely in natural settings without a set, and they have really enjoyed the experience.
