Through her social networks, Talia has announced that within the next 60 days, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office will make a decision on the appeal filed in May of last year, which seeks the freedom of Erik and Lyle. .

“As everyone knows, there was new evidence demonstrating the abuse suffered after decades of disbelief and that evidence had been excluded from the retrial. I am praying that the prosecutor and the judge have compassion not only for what my father and my suffered, but also for the fact that all of us, the family, love them at home,” Talia wrote.
