Derived from the agreement of the National Coordination of Civil Protection of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec and the State Institute of Oaxaca Public Education (IEEPO), were suspended educational activities for 24 hours in this area of Oaxaca as a preventive measure to safeguard the integrity of the school community.
Given the rains and weather conditions due to the possible formation of a tropical storm off the coast of Oaxaca and Chiapasthe same reason why issued an alert as it could impact 42 municipalities in the area.
The suspension of classes applies for Wednesday, October 2 in basic education schools. The Civil Protection Council will assess the situation for subsequent days when the rains are forecast to continue.
So the IEEPO asked managers, teachers, mothers and fathers to comply with the recommendations issued by the authorities.
