The man who became famous on social networks with his publications on TikTok while he was sailing in his boat in the middle of two hurricanes he was arrested in tampaFlorida.
Hillsborough County Police Department arrest records show that Joseph Malinowski, 54 years old, known as “Lieutenant Dan.” for his TikTok posts, he was arrested on Friday for trespassing on private property and failure to appear in court for previous allegations of drive an unregistered vehicle and lack a valid driver’s license.
