IRELAND AM viewers were left in stitches as Tommy Bowe made a rude confession on air.
The Virgin Media star had a lot of laughs on today’s show alongside Muireann O’Connell and Alan Hughes.

The iconic trio were discussing a recent study that revealed farting in front of ones partner can contribute to a long lasting relationship.
The presenters were all baffled by the findings as Muireann asked: “How did they do this study?”
Tommy added: “So is a key to a long-lasting relationship a good old toot in the morning?”
Alan had his co-hosts wheezing when he replied: “I just blow away, it’s grand.”
Muireann attempted to keep her professionalism on air as she read out: “It says that at the start of relationships, people wait between two and six months before they’re comfortable with having a toot.
“But after that, it’s well to go. And Anonymous says here today, ‘God forgive me, but I wouldn’t care if the Pope was standing there – wherever you may be, let your wind go free’. There you go.”
Alan asked Tommy he has a “toot in the morning” and Tommy confessed that his kids, Emma and Jamie, love it.
The former rugby star admitted: “You know what, the kids just get such a kick out of farting. I swear, the pair of them, they’re just so funny.”
Muireann jokingly added: “I’m doing it for the good of my children.”
However, Tommy did say he “tries not to” do it in front of his beloved wife Lucy.
Ireland AM shared the hilarious clip on Instagram after the show this afternoon and had their fans in stitches laughing.
Ben wrote: “Once I started, I never stopped.”
Barbara commented: “So it’s a case of People who fart together stay together.”
Peter tagged his partner and said: “You abuse that right far too often.”
Muireann, who’s known for her stylish work outfits, took to Instagram to share a video of herself getting ready this morning.
The Limerick beauty arrived into her dressing room with a white sheet face mask on before getting all glam.
The popular presenter put on a pair of eye-catching gold metallic jeans.
Muireann purchased the jeans from Dunnes Stores and they currently retail for €30.
She paired the statement trousers with on a black tank top from River Island and a black over-sized blazer from Massimo Dutti.
Muireann popped on a black belt and black pointed-toe heels.
She accessorised with two gold necklaces and gold hoop earrings before finishing off her look with L’Oreal Paris’ Magic Retouch root spray.
