Marko Cortés, national leader of the PAN, responded to the former president Felipe Calderon by warning that He should not act indignant at the accusations towards his government, after the sentencing of Genaro García Luna and called him to return from Spain to clarify all doubts.

After the former president accused him of being a liar, miserable and bad for demanding an explanation of what he knew about García Luna’s links with the Sinaloa cartel, the PAN senator added that “now it turns out that the outraged person is the former president.
