In CordovaVeracruz, a newborn baby was found inside a plastic bag lying on the sidewalk of the 10th Avenue and 13th Street.
The baby still had remains of the umbilical cord so authorities investigate who abandoned him there, whether he was stillborn or his life was taken.
An anonymous call to 911 emergency line He reported to the authorities about the presence of the lifeless newborn in the first square of the city.

After confirming that the approximately 9-month-old baby, still with the umbilical cord, no longer had vital signs, the paramedics left so that personnel from the Prosecutor’s Office could do their work.
Criminalistics experts and ministerial detectives became aware of what happened and carried out the removal of the baby’s body, which was sent to the Forensic Medical Service to determine the causes of the death of the newborn.
