Mexican businesses linked to the Sinaloa Cartel sanctioned – Grupo Milenio

The US government sanctioned two companies in Mexico in a parallel action for being owned by people involved in fentanyl trafficking with the Sinaloa Cartel, as well as five Colombian members of the Gulf Clan.

Cacayor is identified as the plaza boss Sinaloa Cartel in Nogales, responsible for overseeing the trafficking of tons of drugs such as cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and fentanyl.
