For Manu Quintanero Jiménez, general director of Millesime, the challenge facing the new edition of Millesime “is to continue innovating”, so from November 20 to 22, gastronomic proposals that will address the issue of water will reign.
“The challenge is to continue innovating, to continue enjoying, every year it is more difficult and it has been 12 years, but we are very excited about the next edition, which is titled Aqua, because it is inspired by the world of the sea, the oceans, the Mediterranean, a little in Greece and France and the Caribbean, in terms of aesthetics and design,” I explain about the concept that will distinguish Millesime in the Citi Banamex Center.
