The former Late Late Show host recently entered into the second season of his hit podcast The Book Shelf.

On his first episode of season 2, Ryan welcomed Taoiseach Simon Harris on to discuss all thing literature and politics.

The show was well received by listeners with many labelling it an “excellent interview” and remarking that Tubridy is “missed from Irish television“.

Today, the 51-year-old hinted at his next podcast guest by sporting a certain item of clothing.

The popular presenter took to Instagram to share a picture of himself smiling from ear-to-ear as he enjoyed a walk on Primrose Hill in London.

The ex-RTE star donned a bright green Irish rugby jersey and some black overhead earphones.

Ryan wrote in his caption: “Beautiful autumn evening run on Primrose Hill. The T-shirt holds a clue to my next Bookshelf guest.”

And although the host didn’t give away much more information on the upcoming guest, it seems a certain Irish rugby star might be making an appearance.

The dad-of-two recently posed for a picture with his rarely-seen family.

The Dublin native recently met up with his brother Garrett and niece Katie during their trip to London.

Before seeing his family, Tubridy took to Instagram to tell followers a quick story about their holiday.

He said: “My brother and my niece are over for Tay Tay tonight, and they’re just going to spend a little time on [the London Eye].

“I think it’s the most awful thing in London. A lot of you are going to love it, but no. I’ve done it once, never again.

The trio decided to pay a visit to Chinatown during their day out in the city.

The radio star was smiling from ear-to-ear as he posed for a selfie alongside Garrett and Katie.

He was sporting a brown short and a pair of black sunglasses.

Sharing the family picture to his Instagram, Ryan said: “Uncle-ing in London with my niece, Katie and brother, Gar.

“They’re going to see Taylor and I’m off for a swifty.”
