The well-known rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces a new wave of accusations of alleged sexual assaults and rapes with five lawsuits that are added to the more than a hundred already filed by alleged victims of the artist.
The chain NBC News has obtained access to these five new allegations filed Sunday in the Southern District of New York by attorney Tony Buzbeewhich has its office in Texas and has taken over the lawsuits.
The new allegations, such as most of the abovehave been presented anonymously.
The five lawsuits include allegations that Combs sexually assaulted or raped to the plaintiffs in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022, according to the American network.
Two of the plaintiffs are men and the other three are women. One of them alleges in the document that Combs raped her when she was 13 years old, according to the lawsuits to which NBC has had access.
Combs is also accused of drug one of the men and to the three women, as stated in these complaints.
“We will let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves and work to ensure justice is served,” Buzbee said in a statement released last night.
“We look forward to filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare presentations,” he added in the note published by the network.
The most of a hundred complaints that weigh on the rapper have been presented anonymously by plaintiffs under the generic names of John Doe and Jane Doe in federal court in the Southern District of New York.
Combs is currently in federal custody while awaiting trial on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to practice prostitution. The singer has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The trial against the rapper and producer will be held on May 5, 2025 in New York and is expected to last for a month, although the federal prosecutor’s office warned that it could be prolonged because more charges could be filed against the hip-hop artist.
Combs was arrested on September 16 in New York and has remained in prison without bail since then.
