Minister Norma Piña has already lost the control she had over the Federal Judicial Council that he heads, by remaining in the minority compared to the advisors who support the reform of the Judiciary and they have spoken out against the strike of workers, judges and magistrates, which marks its 51st day this Friday.
Adán Augusto López himself, Morenoist coordinator in the Senate, announced that the CJF will make decisions with which Piña does not agree and this is due to the negotiation undertaken by the Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Icela Rodríguez.
Furthermore, he clarified that Norma Piña has no merit in the CJF decision to send the staff of her workers, since she remained in the minority that voted against this decision.
What changed in the CJF was the vote of counselor Sergio Javier Molina, who had voted in the block that supports Piña and yesterday He joined the councilors proposed by the 4TBernardo Bátiz, Verónica de Gyvés and Celia Maya.
With that, Norma Piña only has her strength left in the plenary session of the Supreme Court, where, without exceptions and cases in which some ministers separate themselves from the meaning of their vote, she has the support of the majority, that is, of eight.
With the exception of Lenia Batres, Yasmín Esquivel and Loretta Ortiz, Minister Norma Piña can count on the remaining seven.
The spokesperson for the workers of the Judiciary, Patricia Aguayo, accused the betrayal of someone who comes from a career in the Judiciary and who did not expect to join the bloc that supports the reform.

New majority in CJF
