North Andover felon found with 30+ guns, 9K bullets, explosives, feds say

Police say they found 32 firearms, many of them privately made “ghost guns,” at the residence of a convicted felon and long-time problem resident of North Andover after neighbors say he was blowing off explosives in the area.
