Considering that there are no guarantees for the working base of the Judicial Branch of the Federation that they will not be affected by the reform, in Campeche the PJF workers join the decision at the national level to maintain the work stoppage, until the Federal Judiciary Council issues the circular that once again authorizes the suspension of deadlines and terms indefinitely.
In the Labor Court, ribbons were placed symbolically and a statement was made to guarantee the rights of workers at the work tables scheduled in the Federal Judiciary Council today, Thursday and tomorrow, Friday.
“As long as our labor rights are not guaranteed, as long as we do not really have the guarantee that the working base will not be affected, we will maintain our position until there is really an opportunity to dialogue,” declared the secretary of the Collegiate Court, Arturo Pérez Vega. .
He acknowledged that they see a complicated future, which is why they ask the new federal administration to dialogue so that the reform improves the administration of justice, in which the judicial career is guaranteed.
“The movement is strong and we are going to stay that way, as long as we are not sure that our colleagues will be guaranteed their labor rights, we are going to continue fighting for them, until we have the opportunity to start a dialogue,” he indicated.
The personnel on duty who are in charge of processing situations where personal freedom is affected, related to health, environmental law, which are considered urgent attention, remain.
