Samsung has started selling the Galaxy Ring in the Netherlands earlier than expected. The Galaxy Ring does what a smartwatch can do, but without a screen: it can measure heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, skin temperature, stress and steps.
The Galaxy Ring is a regular ring made of titanium and available in nine sizes. The ring has a battery that can stay active for up to seven days.
All health data is collected in the Samsung Health app. Users do not need to purchase a subscription to access all the features.
Samsung initially wanted to release the ring in the Netherlands in the first quarter of 2025, but has now brought the release forward.
The Galaxy Ring has a suggested retail price of 449 euros in the Netherlands.
