President Claudia Sheinbaum assured that her government will work with anyone who turns out winner in the United States presidential election, that will take place on November 5.
In the morning press conference, the president argued that the Constitution of Mexico establishes that one should not take sides for either of the two standard bearers.
“We will work with anyone of those of the president may he win the election. Our constitution is very clear not take sides for one option or anotherwho decides is the American people, We are going to work with him or her, and there will be good work,” he said.
“At this time of elections there are always features in the campaignsyesbut with any of them that is going to win we are going to work well,” he highlighted.
Sheinbaum Pardo highlighted the commercial relationship that Mexico has with the United States “in economic terms It is not competition, it is complementarity in the relationship between the three North American countries.”
The next November 5the Democratic candidate and vice president of the United States, Kamala Harris, will contest the presidential elections of his country, before the Republican standard bearer, Donald Trump.
