Sheinbaum explained that his salary, his compensation, everything that covers his income will be respected, because that is what a transitional article of the reform says in the Constitution.

None of that is going to change. Their income is kept complete. They have access through their collective contract to insurance for major medical expenses, it is in their collective contract.
