The requirements for the hiring application in original and copy are:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing and health professionals (degree/professional license).

- Proof of address (no older than six months: telephone, electricity, gas, water or property).
- Proof of maximum level of studies (it can be the same document presented in the first point).
