RTE star Doireann Garrihy has been left crying “why, why, why” after her dog ruined her day in a stomach-turning gesture.
The former 2FM host and her fiance Mark Mehigan share a cocker-spaniel named Bertie.

Doireann took to Instagram this evening to tell followers about the disgusting moment she experienced while out for an evening stroll with her pooch.
The 32-year-old looked exhausted as she said: “So I just had such a productive day, I filmed something, I got it done. I had to edits for The Laughs Of Your Life, I got them done.
“I got life stuff done, wedding stuff done. And then I brought Bert out for a walk.”
The Dublin star then paused for dramatic effect as she explained: “Then… he rolled in, what can only be described as fresh human vomit.”

The popular presenter hilariously put her hands to her head and cried: “Why me, why? I was so excited to come home and shower and get in to my new pyjamas that I got today, cosy ones.”
She then waved her hands around aggressively and added: “And now I can’t wash him here because I actually just can’t deal with the smell of it in the house.
“So I’m going to go see if there is somewhere open near me.”
The Dancing With The Stars emphasised her upset at the situation as she exclaimed: “Like why is it the days that you so don’t need these things to happen.
“He smells like human puke! Oh god. Okay, I’m going to go down and tackle it.”
A snap taken after her emotional rant showed a guilty Bertie sitting in a dog bath which hilariously read: “clean dog, happy dog”.
Earlier today, Doireann slammed a “desperate comment” made by an online troll and fans all praised her for “handling it well”.
The TV star recently released season 10 of her hit podcast The Laughs of Your Life.
Doireann took to Instagram today to reveal the awful comment she had discovered after uploading podcast content to her social media.
In a short clip, the 32-year-old admitted: “So I don’t go on Facebook and Twitter a whole lot because we just don’t need to see what goes on over there half the time.”
‘DISGUSTED’
The Dancing With The Stars host continued to explain: “When the podcast, The Laughs of Your Life is back, I go on to upload clips from the podcast and it’s nice it’s always really nice to catch up on what’s going on.
“And particularly in this case, Facebook.”
The Irish host then revealed a screenshot of a comment which had been written underneath a clip of herself and her mum Claire on Doireann’s second podcast, Doireann and Friends.
The Dublin star told fans: “This is a comment under a video of me and my mum having a lovely chat on my other podcast.
TERRIBLE COMMENT
“And this comment was only made nine hours before I had seen it.”
The popular presenter then stood back to showcase the comment which wrote: “Two g**bags.”
Doireann sat in silence as she took in the terrible comment and shook her head.
She then repeated: “Yep, two g**bags, myself and my mother.”
‘DON’T BE SHY’
And fans and famous pals all flocked to the comments to react to the “disgusting” comment.
Fellow DWTS friend Arthur Gourounlian, who has also recently faced backlash online, wrote: “Surprise, surprise – not even a profile picture Come on, show yourself, mate! Don’t be shy.”
RTE presenter Baz Ashmawy said: “I laughed out loud…. brilliant. Own it! Love yah.”
While TikTok star Garron Noone added: “I’d rather jump into a spike pit than read two comments on Facebook.”
